Website design for
Clermont businesses.
For a professional practice or established service business, a website needs to answer practical questions: Do you offer the service I need? Do you serve my area? Why should I contact you? Based in Clermont, I plan your pages around those decisions, with clear service information, relevant examples, and an easy way to start a conversation.
A clear investment.
A defined scope.
Website projects start at $1,500. For planning, allow $2,000–$3,500 for a small-business build, depending on the pages, content, and features you need. You’ll receive a clear proposal with your project price and timeline before work begins.
A focused start for your business.
The starting option uses an established WordPress design framework tailored to your brand, with text and photographs supplied by you and polished for the website.
Hire me for the website alone. Ongoing care, SEO, and marketing are optional.
Discuss my website ↗What the starting option includes
- Up to five core pages, planned around your services and goals.
- Your branding, with a tailored layout that works on desktop and mobile.
- Light editing of your supplied text and placement of your supplied photos.
- One standard inquiry form and clear contact options.
- Basic search setup for included pages, including titles, descriptions, and headings.
- Two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope.
- Launch checks and a walkthrough of your completed site.
What changes the price?
Additional pages, writing content from scratch, more individualized design, content migration, ecommerce, booking systems, and other advanced features are quoted to suit the work. Targeted updates and refreshes receive their own scoped quote.
What’s separate?
Hosting, domain registration, paid plugins, and licensed assets are separate costs, identified in your proposal. Photography, logo development, ongoing website care, SEO, and marketing are separately agreed services. Hosting and business email stay with their providers.
Thoughtful design.
Practical follow-through.
We agree on the pages, features, content, and review process before the build. You’ll understand what’s included and how the project moves toward launch.
Plan the right site
Understand your audience, services, and business goals. Organize the pages and visitor journeys around what people need to know and do.
Make your message clear
Develop or refine website copy around your expertise and offer. Coordinate photography, brand assets, and content responsibilities within the agreed scope.
Look like your business
Build a visual direction around your brand, with purposeful layouts, readable typography, and imagery that supports the message.
Make the experience work
Build the agreed WordPress pages and features. Check navigation, forms, links, and layouts across desktop and phone-sized screens.
Prepare the handover

Keep the site useful
Arrange ongoing content updates and agreed maintenance work. Review new requests and scope larger changes before starting them.
Your proposal defines page count, features, content, revisions, integrations, and launch responsibilities. Hosting, domains, and third-party subscriptions are paid to their providers separately.

Or a thoughtful next step.
You may need a new website, a better version of the one you have, or someone to keep it current. We’ll choose the work that fits.

A distinct voice.
A site to match.
NRDA connects fan stories, recurring content, and community features through a magazine-style website. It’s my own project, shown here as an example of design and publishing work.
Personality in the details.
Purpose in the structure.
Editorial sections, a personality quiz, and clear paths to explore the community give the site a recognizable character and useful ways to engage.

How do we work together if my business is in Clermont?
You work directly with me, Alan Lichtman, from planning through launch. Online consultations make it easy to review your goals, content, and design. Local in-person meetings are available by appointment. We agree on content responsibilities and review points before the project starts.
Can I hire you just to build a website?
Yes. Website projects are available on their own. We can discuss ongoing care or marketing if you need it, but those services are separately agreed.
What does a website cost, and how long does it take?
Website projects start at $1,500. A planning range for a small-business build is $2,000–$3,500, depending on pages, content, and features. The starting option includes up to five pages using your supplied content, with two consolidated revision rounds. I’ll confirm your project price, timeline, milestones, and separate provider costs in the proposal before work begins.
Do you provide hosting?
I work with hosting providers rather than hosting websites myself. I can help coordinate setup, a move, or provider communication within the agreed project scope. Your hosting service and billing remain with the provider.
Will you manage our business email?
I can help with initial email-account setup as separately agreed. I don’t host email or provide ongoing mailbox maintenance or troubleshooting; that stays with your email provider.
Is SEO included in a website build?
We agree on the SEO foundations included in the build, such as page structure, titles, and handling changed URLs. Ongoing search strategy, content, and optimization are a separately scoped service.
Can you maintain a website you didn’t build?
Often, yes. I’ll review the site, access, software, and hosting situation before recommending a care scope. Any existing issues or larger repairs are identified and agreed separately.
What happens after launch?
Your proposal explains handover and any included post-launch support. If you want ongoing care, we agree on the work, request process, and response expectations. Care does not mean unlimited development or round-the-clock support.
Who owns the site and accounts?
Your business retains its domain, hosting, and site accounts. We document access and any third-party licenses or subscriptions so you understand what’s yours and what needs renewing.
Let’s make your website
work for your business.
Share your current site—or tell me what you’re starting—and what you need it to do. We’ll talk through the right scope for your next step.
