Small content updates include supplied text, image, or contact-detail changes within existing layouts. Larger requests are quoted before work begins.

A clear starting point.
Already have a WordPress site? Existing-site onboarding starts at $149. I review its condition, updates, access, hosting compatibility, and available backup and monitoring arrangements before recommending a plan.
Confirm the setup.
We agree on the tools, monitoring coverage and review frequency, update process, and backup responsibilities for your site. Backup monitoring checks the agreed backup process; it does not by itself establish that a backup can be restored. Any restore testing or recovery work must be expressly included in your scope.
Monitoring can help identify issues, but cannot detect or prevent every problem. Coverage begins only after the agreed setup is verified.
Approve extra work first.
Existing malware, broken features, update conflicts, outdated or unsupported software, and other remediation are quoted separately. No additional remediation begins without your approval.
Redesigns, new pages or features, custom development, extensive troubleshooting, malware cleanup, disaster recovery, ecommerce or integration work, SEO campaigns, and business email support are outside the standard monthly scope unless separately agreed.

Your providers.
You retain ownership and control of your website, domain, hosting, and accounts, subject to third-party license terms. Web Pro does not resell hosting.
Keep hosting with GoDaddy or another suitable provider in your own account. Hosting, domain registration, and premium site-specific licenses are billed directly to you by their providers. These costs are separate from Website Care. I can coordinate with your host within the agreed scope; your provider remains responsible for its hosting service.
Can I keep my existing hosting?
Yes, provided it is suitable for the site and agreed care tools. We review compatibility during onboarding. Any proposed provider change is discussed with you first.
What if I do not choose a care plan?
You keep ownership and control. Routine updates and monitoring are not performed by Web Pro unless included in another existing agreement or separately contracted. Existing contractual commitments continue to apply.
Is this website design or SEO?
Website Care is an ongoing maintenance service. New websites, redesigns, and SEO are separately scoped services. Explore website design or SEO & search visibility for those needs.
