For established businesses

You have the expertise.
Let’s put it into words.

Customer questions, useful advice, team stories, and timely offers all give your business something to say. I help turn those ideas into a manageable social presence that supports your wider marketing.

What I handle

A clear plan.
A recognizable voice.

We choose the channels and content that fit your audience, goals, and budget. Your proposal spells out the publishing schedule, review process, and responsibilities.

01 / RESEARCH

Know who we’re talking to

Understand your customers, the questions they ask, and the conversations in your market. Use that research to choose useful topics and suitable channels.

02 / PLANNING

Give the month a direction

Build a content calendar around your services, seasonal opportunities, and business priorities, with a balance of helpful information and promotion.

03 / COPY & GRAPHICS

Make the message yours

Write captions and develop graphics using your brand assets and appropriate creative tools. Keep the language, look, and next step consistent.

04 / PUBLISHING

Keep things moving

Prepare and schedule approved content for the agreed channels. Use your existing photographs and ready-to-publish videos as part of the plan.

05 / COORDINATION

Connect the marketing

Give useful website articles, email campaigns, and business announcements a place in your social content, with a clear path back to the relevant page or offer.

06 / REVIEW

Learn from the response

Review available reach, engagement, clicks, and inquiry data. Discuss what resonated and what to adjust for the next month.

Posting frequency, channels, revisions, and any comment or message management are agreed in advance. Paid campaigns and advertising spend are scoped separately.

Answer a real question

“What should I know
before getting started?”

A short explanation, practical checklist, or common misconception can turn your everyday expertise into helpful content.

  • Choose a question customers regularly ask.
  • Give one useful, specific answer.
  • Link to a relevant guide or service page when there’s more to explain.

Personal project / Website & community

A shared interest.
A voice of its own.

Non-Recovering Disney Addicts is my own publishing project. It connects a distinct website, personal stories, and a social community around a shared enthusiasm.

How we work together

Your knowledge.
My follow-through.

I bring the research, ideas, and execution. You bring the business expertise, updates, and approvals that keep the content accurate and authentic.

01

Set the direction.

Agree on the audience, channels, voice, goals, and monthly scope.

02

Create and review.

I prepare the calendar and content. We follow an agreed review process before publishing.

03

Publish and improve.

Keep the schedule moving, review the response, and refine the next month’s plan.

Do you film or edit videos?

I can publish and use your ready-to-publish videos in social content and marketing campaigns. Filming and video editing are not part of this service. If you work with a video producer, I can coordinate how the finished material fits the marketing plan.

Will you respond to every comment and message?

Comment and message management is agreed separately, including channels, coverage, and which questions need your team. Routine publishing does not include round-the-clock customer service.

How many posts will I get?

We agree on the channels, frequency, content formats, and review schedule in your proposal. The aim is a sustainable plan with useful content that fits your business.

Are paid social ads included?

Organic content and paid campaigns are separately scoped. If advertising fits your goals, I can plan and manage it alongside your organic content. Ad spend is paid directly to the platform, separately from my service fee.

What do you need from me?

Your priorities, brand assets, service details, relevant photos or finished videos, and a reliable person to approve content. We’ll agree on a review schedule so work keeps moving.

Can you guarantee followers or leads?

No fixed follower count or lead volume is promised. We agree on goals, track the available indicators, and use what we learn to improve the content and campaign decisions.

Make room for consistent marketing

Let’s give your business
something worth sharing.

Tell me about your business, the channels you use, and what you’d like social media to accomplish. We’ll start with a conversation and a scope that makes sense.
