You’ve made a connection.
Give it somewhere to go.
For established businesses with customers, subscribers, or prospects who have asked to hear from them. Build a consistent way to share your expertise, introduce services, and invite the next conversation.
A clear message.
A purposeful send.
We start with the audience and the reason for the email. Then we build a campaign with useful content, a recognizable look, and one clear next step.
Give every email a job
Define who we’re writing to, what they need, and what the campaign should accomplish. Agree on a realistic schedule around your priorities.
Sound like your business
Develop subject lines, preview text, and email copy in your voice. Turn your expertise and offers into a message that’s easy to understand.
Make it easy to read
Build branded emails in your marketing platform, with clear sections, relevant imagery, and layouts checked for phone and desktop viewing.
Keep it relevant
Use the audience information you have to organize appropriate segments and tailor messages, within the capabilities of your platform and agreed scope.
Check the details
Review links, layout, personalization, and the intended audience. Send test emails and follow the approval process before scheduling the campaign.
Look beyond the send
Review available clicks, unsubscribes, and tracked actions alongside other platform data. Use the response to guide the next subject, offer, or campaign.
Campaign volume, revisions, audience work, automation, and reporting are defined in your proposal. Marketing-platform subscriptions are paid to the provider separately.
Different moments.
Different messages.
A regular newsletter, a focused promotion, and a welcome sequence serve different purposes. We choose the format that supports your business goal.

One audience.
One clear next step.
Introduce a service, announce an event, or promote a timely offer with a message built around a defined objective.
- Clarify the offer and intended audience.
- Coordinate email copy with the destination page.
- Plan appropriate reminders and review the response.
Make the next message
feel connected.
Welcome new subscribers or create a short, planned follow-up sequence when your marketing platform supports it.
- Agree on the trigger, timing, and audience.
- Write the sequence around useful next steps.
- Test the flow before enabling it.
Automations and integrations are scoped separately according to your platform and the complexity of the sequence.
Make a good idea
go further.
A useful article can become a newsletter topic. A campaign can connect email, social content, and a focused website page. I can coordinate those pieces within an agreed marketing plan.
Find the message.
Choose a customer question, business priority, or timely opportunity.
Build the path.
Align the email with the article, offer, or page people will visit next.
Review the response.
Look at the available results and decide what deserves another conversation.
Clear responsibilities.
A workable routine.
I handle the marketing work. You retain your accounts, provide accurate business details, and approve campaigns through the process we agree on.
Do you host email or support our mailboxes?
No. This service covers marketing emails and campaigns. Your email provider handles mailbox hosting, inbox problems, and ongoing email-account support. Initial business email-account setup can be separately scoped.
Can you work with our existing email platform?
I’ll review your current platform and what you need before recommending a scope. When it suits the work, we can use the account you already have. Any migration or new integration is agreed separately.
What if we don’t have a subscriber list yet?
We can discuss a signup opportunity on your website and a useful reason for people to subscribe. List-building setup is scoped separately. I don’t supply purchased contact lists or promise a particular subscriber count.
Will I approve emails before they go out?
Yes. We agree on an approval process and schedule. You review business details, offers, and any specialist claims, and I prepare test emails before the agreed send.
Are automated sequences included?
They can be included in your proposal when they fit your goals and platform. Sequence length, triggers, testing, and integrations are defined separately from recurring newsletters.
What does email marketing cost?
Your quote reflects the campaign volume, writing, design, audience work, and any automation involved. You’ll see the scope and service fee before work starts; your marketing-platform subscription is separate.
Let’s write your
next conversation.
Tell me about your audience, your current email platform, and what you want your campaigns to accomplish. We’ll work out a practical place to start.
